Shipping Information

We ship via USPS Priority Mail.
If the item you ordered is in stock, we will ship within 24 hours of your order on weekdays. Weekend orders will ship out on Monday.

If you would like your order shipped another way, please contact us for options.

Returns

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns. Exceptions to this would be made in the highly unlikely event that your item arrived damaged.

Exchanges

Exchanges can only be made for a different size (if available) of the same item.

We make every effort to ensure that what you get is what you ordered. If you are ordering bracelets or necklaces, please make sure you order the correct size – for example, check our Bracelet Size Guide to determine the correct size before placing your order. For necklaces, please note the stated length. If the necklace is on a chain, we can substitute a different length prior to sending the order. The change in length should be requested during checkout. We will confirm that change prior to sending your item out.
